Hi, I’m Michael Desposito, a real estate professional with The Neilson Team at EXIT Realty Achieve and a lifelong Long Island resident. Having lived across Suffolk County, including Centereach, Long Beach, Selden, Ronkonkoma, and Kings Park, I bring a deep understanding of the communities and neighborhoods that make Long Island such a special place to call home.

My journey into real estate came from my own experiences buying, selling, and improving homes. I know firsthand that a home is more than just a transaction — it’s where life happens, families grow, and memories are created. After working with great agents during my own real estate experiences, I wanted to provide that same level of guidance and support to others.

As a law enforcement professional, I have built my career around service, communication, problem-solving, and helping people when they need it most. I bring those same values into every real estate relationship, making sure my clients feel informed, supported, and confident throughout the process.

My hands-on experience improving and renovating homes — from construction projects and decks to cosmetic upgrades — also gives me a unique perspective when evaluating a property’s potential and helping clients understand opportunities within a home.
