Hello, I'm Neilson!
I live, breathe, eat, drink, and sometimes dream about Real Estate! I've been a mortgage loan officer and real estate agent for more than ten years and continue to grow. In addition to my work as a loan officer and real estate agent, I'm a real estate investor, so I put my money where my mouth is! This is what I do. My variety of experience enables me to help my clients in all aspects of purchasing and selling. I'm very proud of the team we've put together. We are well-rounded, but aware there is always more to learn. As we continue to grow and learn, we look forward to serving many clients!
Fun facts about me:
I LOVE the Green Bay Packers! In fact I have 3 Cheese Heads! Brett Favre is my hero, and I have walked on Lambeau Field! I got Derek Jeter's autograph when I was ten years-old after the 2000 Subway Series and nearly fainted. I played Football, Baseball, and yes, I did Shot Put in High School. I was delighted to be Best Man at Team members Brandon and Jackie's wedding. And I love to play guitar. That being said, Joe Femia is way better than me at guitar😊.

I have been helping buyers and sellers all across Long Island for the past 4 years. Born and raised in Hauppauge, I bought my first home in Centereach and, after going through the home buying process myself, I decided I wanted to get into the business to help others. Once I got my license and was able to help my clients achieve their real estate goals, I never looked back!

Overall, I love staying positive, happy, and making jokes, but being serious when I need to be. I'm married to my wonderful wife and fellow team member Jacquelyn, and together we have our young son, Grayson who is the coolest kid in the world (Neilson's words.) I love baseball, die-hard Mets fan, and love all things Disney.

My varied knowledge helps me streamline the process for my clients, while at the same time saving them as much money as possible. I was lead guitarist in a band from age ten to seventeen (I still play too). I love all things cars, watches, music, and I'm a little bit of a tech nerd! Also, I play guitar way better than Neilson!

I Love the New York Giants! I’m usually forced to watch them lose, but I still love them! When I'm not working I spend most of my time with my friends and family. I grew up right here in Selden and played Lacrosse for Oneonta, where I went to college!

When I’m not working I love spending time with my family, my girlfriend, my beagle Cayenne, and watching fútbol (Visca Barça). The last few years I have also caught the travel bug! So, when I can squeeze it in, I like to run away for a few days to a new place, learn their culture, enjoy their beaches, and eat their food!!

When I'm not working, I like to relax by splashing around in the river. My favorite food is apples and pine tree bark. I can run up to thirty miles per hour, and I play guitar better than Neilson.
